Update on US Orders (Nov 10, 2025)

We have now resumed shipping to the US! Thank you for your patience while we ironed things out.

Due to the changes in tariff regulations, shipments going to the US are no longer eligible for duty-free de minimis exemptions as of August 29, 2025. An ad valorem IEEPA Tariff rate of 35% will apply to orders shipped to a US address. Upon checkout, you will see the shipping fees calculated to include the tariff. The collected tariffs are filed and submitted to the US government on your behalf and goods arrive DDP (delivered duties paid) to your door with nothing due on delivery.

The requirement for duties prepayment is mandated by the US government, and postal shipments cannot enter the US without having duties prepaid. At this time, we are offering Canada Post Tracked Packet and Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA (USPS Priority) shipping options; faster courier options like UPS and FedEx are not yet enabled on our shipping back-end with a prepaid duty option. Please ensure adequate lead time so your orders arrive on time.
