All pricing on the website is in Canadian Dollars (CAD), although handy conversion buttons are up top for your reference only. The shopping cart totals are displayed only in CAD, and your credit card will be billed in CAD. Stripe is the payment processor. Your credit card, if USD/EUR/GBP etc, will show a converted amount on your statement.
SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated and added during checkout. We aim to ship your stuff one business day after receiving your order, unless otherwise noted.
Canadian orders: choose from Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Purolator, or FedEx. US orders: choose from Canada Post Tracked Packet USA, Canada Post Expedited Parcel (USPS Priority), UPS Express Saver, or UPS Expedited.
International orders generally ship via Canada Post Tracked Packet Intl; UPS Worldwide Expedited is sometimes quoted as well. If your country is not quoted during the checkout process please get in touch so we can get some shipping quotes to you. Tracked Packet Intl is not available to Mexico.
If your order is urgent, please confirm with us at orders@filmfrogmedia.com to see if your order will ship and arrive in time before choosing the FedEx option.
Need some replacement parts, want to pick up an order (Toronto east end), or want to supply a FedEx or UPS account number to ship under (and you’re absolutely sure it’ll be cheaper on your end)?
