This mount converts the Preston HU3/HU4 block mount into a universal Arri pattern mounting point. The Arri 3/8” Pin-Lock pattern opens up compatibility for many more accessories to mount to your Preston handset, whether it be an onboard monitor mount, a handle, articulating arms for mounting your handset to a stand, etc.
The Arri mounting point is perfect for the LNKCine, Wedgie2, or any number of other quick releases like Cinelock or Lenz quick releases with an Arri Pin-Lock adapter. The top surface of the adapter is now flush with the included ultra-low-profile screw.
The ARRI Pin-Lock Mount for Preston HU is made of anodized black aluminum and includes a custom ultra-low-profile 1/4”-20 screw, and is compatible with both HU3 and HU4 handsets.
